1. 24-Hour Money Back Guarantee

Zentyx Limited offers a 24-hour money back guarantee on certain services, including game servers, starting from the time of activation.

Refunds under this policy are only eligible if the service has not:

• Breached the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP);
• Been used in a resource-intensive manner that significantly affects performance or infrastructure.

Important: VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, and Rent-to-Own (RTO) servers are never eligible for refunds due to IP allocation and hardware costs.

2. UK/EU Consumer Rights

In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, individual consumers may have a statutory right to cancel digital service purchases within 14 days of the order date (the “cooling-off period”). This right does not apply once a service has been provisioned, activated, or made available, provided that you were informed and consented to the immediate start of service delivery.

For dedicated servers, RTO, colocation, or other hardware-based services, provisioning is defined as the point when Zentyx Limited commits resources to fulfil your order (e.g., ordering hardware, allocating existing hardware, or beginning setup/installation). Orders are only refundable prior to provisioning. Once provisioning has commenced, the order is exempt from cancellation and non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under this policy, contact our support via our billing portal, discord server, or email at support@zentyx.net within the eligible timeframe. Refunds are processed after verification of eligibility according to this policy.

4. Exceptions

• Services that have been suspended or terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
• Excessive resource usage or abuse that impacts server performance may void eligibility.
• Dedicated servers, colocation, and RTO services are never refundable.
• Gateway fees paid to payment processors are never refundable.

5. Changes to this Policy

Zentyx Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notification of significant changes through our website, email communications, or other appropriate means. Continued use of Zentyx Limited services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
