1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all customers and users of services provided by Zentyx Limited and its subsidiary brands, including EclipseNode and EcoVM. This policy ensures the lawful, secure, and reliable use of our infrastructure and services.

2. Compliance and Enforcement

Failure to comply with this AUP may result in, at Zentyx Limited’s sole discretion:

• Immediate suspension or termination of accounts or services;
• Restriction of access to services (e.g., staff-only access during investigations);
• Forfeiture of any prepaid fees, balances, or credits;
• Disclosure of information to law enforcement where required;
• Civil or criminal proceedings where applicable.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1. Illegal or Unlawful Activities

• Violating any applicable laws in the UK, the server’s jurisdiction, or the customer’s jurisdiction;
• Hosting, storing, or distributing unlawful or harmful material, including malware, DDoS tools, unauthorized pornographic material, or copyright-infringing content;
• Engaging in financial crimes such as money laundering or fraud;
• Promoting, facilitating, or instructing others to commit illegal activity.

3.2. Service Disruption & Network Abuse

• Launching or participating in DoS/DDoS or other cyberattacks;
• Disrupting Zentyx infrastructure or other customers’ services;
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, data, or networks;
• Performing vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without written consent.

3.3. Resource Misuse

• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bypassing service limits;
• Running resource-intensive workloads (e.g., crypto mining, stress testing) without prior approval;
• Modifying or interfering with system configurations outside of authorized use.

3.4. Spam, Phishing, and Malware

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open mail relays;
• Hosting phishing sites or impersonating individuals/brands;
• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious code;
• Operating improperly secured mail servers.

3.5. Account Integrity

• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions;
• Sharing credentials or allowing unauthorized third-party access;
• Providing false or misleading account or billing information.

3.6. Proxy & VPN Restrictions

• Hosting public proxy services, open proxies, or anonymizing VPNs;
• Operating commercial VPN services without written approval;
• Private VPNs for legitimate personal or business use may be allowed with authorization.

3.7. Third-Party Terms of Service

Users must not use Zentyx services to violate the terms of service of third-party platforms, including cloud services, APIs, payment processors, or social media platforms.

3.8. Payment and Billing

• Payment details must be accurate and belong to the account holder;
• Large PayPal transactions must match the account email;
• Chargebacks or disputes must first be raised with Zentyx support.

4. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Violations may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of services;
• Blocking of IP addresses, ranges, or regions;
• Disclosure of information to law enforcement where required;
• Permanent refusal of future service.

No refunds will be issued for suspensions or terminations due to AUP violations.

6. Updates to this Policy

Zentyx Limited may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or account portal notifications.

For consumer accounts, updates take effect after 15 days’ notice. For business accounts, updates apply immediately unless otherwise required by law.
