Compliance & Enforcement
Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all users of Zentyx and all our brands (EclipseNode, EcoVM, etc.)'s services. Failure to adhere may result in:
- Account or server suspension/termination without prior notice.
- Legal action in cases of serious violations.
Prohibited Activities
By using Zentyx and all our brands (EclipseNode, EcoVM, etc.)'s services, you agree not to:
2.1. Illegal Activities
Engaging in any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:
- Violating International Laws, including DDoS tools, pornography, copyright infringement, and email bombing.
- Hosting content that promotes illegal activities (Check your server's residence country's laws for more details).
2.2. Service Disruption & Network Interference
- Conducting Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, running malicious software, or any activity that disrupts Zentyx and all our brands (EclipseNode, EcoVM, etc.)'s infrastructure or external networks.
- Interfering with external networks in any unauthorized way.
2.3. Resource Abuse & Unauthorized Modifications
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities to exceed allocated Disk, CPU, or RAM limits.
- Running resource-intensive software that excessively overloads the server, including but not limited to:
- Crypto mining or any related activity.
- Complex calculations running for extended periods.
2.4. Spamming, Phishing & Malware Distribution
Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware via Zentyx and all our brands (EclipseNode, EcoVM, etc.) services is strictly forbidden.
2.5. Multiple Accounts
The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
2.6. Named Email Requirement
Your account must use a recognisable name or known word in the email address.
Allowed:
- support@domain.com
- yourname@domain.com
Not Allowed:
- jdishduid7@domain.com
- oihjdiijcudig78@domain.com
2.7. Proxy & VPN Hosting
Hosting proxy services or VPNs on Zentyx and all our brands (EclipseNode, EcoVM, etc.) is not permitted.
2.8. Third-Party Terms of Service (TOS) Violations
You must not use Zentyx and all our brands (EclipseNode, EcoVM, etc.)'s services to violate the TOS of any third-party services, including APIs used by your bots.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Zentyx and all our brands (EclipseNode, EcoVM, etc.) reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or take legal action against any user who violates this policy.
